The picture windows look out on a beach of silky white sand and sea oats. With no streets to cross, the gently sloping beach is ideal for children. A short walk to the northwest is Bodwitch Park. A 15 minute stroll along the beach to the southeast brings you to Time Square, small shops, seafood restaurants, and the fishing pier. With sailboats, trawlers, and dolphins to watch, and many sea birds to identify, deck sitting can be an adventure in itself.
